3. Orders & Payment

All prices are in AUD and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We accept most major credit cards and payment gateways at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. In the event of cancellation, you will be notified and refunded promptly.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship Australia-wide and internationally. Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday. While we aim for timely delivery, Sea Salted Hair is not responsible for courier delays, customs clearance delays, or incorrect shipping details entered at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order if the product is unused (at least 75% of product remaining) and in its original packaging.

Returns must be pre-authorised via email at hello@saltedchristmasisland.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not accept returns on products that have been tampered with, filled with other substances, or used extensively.
