Sea Salted Hair was born on the edge of the Indian Ocean, where wild coastlines, salty air and sun-drenched days shape more than just the way we live, they shape how we care for ourselves and the planet.
Created by an ocean-loving family living on a remote island, our hair care is designed to thrive in the real world. The kind of world where you're diving into reef lagoons before breakfast, chasing barefoot kids across sand or living off the grid somewhere wild and wonderful.
We were tired of hair products that didn’t hold up to salt, sun, or sweat and even more tired of the plastic trail they left behind and the chemical load on our bodies. So we made something better.
No plastic. No harsh chemicals.
Just concentrated, consciously crafted bars that work, wherever life takes you.

A Note From Our Founder
I’m Sarah, a freediver, ocean cinematographer, mum of four and someone who lives most of life with salt on my skin and sand in my hair.
Sea Salted Hair began with a simple need, to find hair care that could actually keep up with life in and around the ocean. Something that actually worked, felt good and didn’t leave a trail of plastic and chemicals behind. I couldn’t find it so I created it.
This brand was born from tangled hair, endless salty dives and a desire to live more consciously. It’s about harnessing the power of nature’s ingredients, honouring the places that ground us and choosing a natural, more sustainable kind of beauty.
Sea Salted Hair isn’t just about nourished hair, it’s about clear intention. It’s about choosing products that care for your hair and the planet. It’s about making those little changes, having awareness of impact and raising the next generation to do the same.
